CAPABILITIES
We provide a range of machining capabilities to clients that includes CNC Turning up to 30”, CNC Milling with 4th Axis, Manual Milling and Automatic Screw Machining. Some of the materials we use includes ABS, Acetal, Celazole ®, CPVC, Delrin® (Acetal), Delrin® AF, FEP, Noryl®, Nylon, PCTFE, PEEK, PFA, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polysulfone, PPS, PTFE, PVC, PVDF, Tefzel®, Thermosets, Torlon®, Ultem®, and Vespel®. We manufacture precision parts such as Back-Up Rings, Packing Sets, Wear Rings, Lantern Rings, Custom Seals, Bearings, Bushings, Valve Seats and Manifolds.
